Postpartum Plan

Postpartum is one of the most raw seasons of our lives and also one of the most overlooked when it comes to health and fitness. We get cleared by our doctor at our postpartum appointment but have no idea what to do! Unfortunately, we buy into the “bounce back” culture and end up doing more harm than good for our bodies in those first few months of being newly postpartum. This guide is intended to CHANGE THAT STIGMA! For 8 weeks after you are cleared by your doctor, we will focus more on healing and recovery rather than weight loss. First and foremost, we must recover our core and pelvic floor. Often times, women do not realize how weak these areas are and end up doing more damage by trying to jump right back into full on fitness. The postpartum guide workouts are all full body as we are building back foundational strength with a core and pelvic floor recovery protocol to begin each workout. After completing the postpartum guide to heal and recover, you can then check out my regular 12 week program to keep thriving and becoming stronger in your motherhood!

  • 8 weeks of workouts (3 days per week)

  • Instructional videos to ensure proper form on movements
