Fitness is not a “one size fits all.” Part of my mission in setting you up for success is meeting you where you are. Everyone comes from different lifestyles, different roles, and different obstacles. If we were to treat everyone with the same approach, very few would go on to be successful in establishing a healthy routine. Unfortunately, the gym and fitness in general are intimidating for people who are beginners or who have stepped away for a while and are looking to return, and for moms…it feels almost impossible to find the means and the time it requires to workout in a gym setting. I was a gym lover before I had kids but I quickly realized how little time I had after babies and knew I had to find a way to be successful physically at home. Through research and learning from different trainers, I saw the best results I had ever seen in my life by working out just 30-40 minutes/day, 4-5 days per week and making simple and manageable changes to my nutrition. My goal is to give you all the tools and teach you different variations of exercises on minimal equipment to set you up for success through training at home. Before beginning a program with me, we will do an initial consultation, free of charge, that will allow me the space to learn as much as I can so that I can design a program that WORKS FOR YOU. All of my programs include some form of resistance training, cardiovascular training through HIIT, TABATA, agiliity work, etc., and Pilates. Intensity levels will grow as your strength and endurance grows to keep your muscles challenged and always guessing!
