1:1 Coaching is all about meeting you where you are.
Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum or have been postpartum for several years and are looking to begin an active and healthy lifestyle, you will have workouts designed to meet you where you are! I want you to THRIVE in whatever season you are in by designing a plan specific to your needs and demands you are currently facing! Whether it is postpartum recovery or strength training to keep up with our littles, 1:1 coaching will allow that personal touch and encouragement from me to get you there!
You will have the option to train in my personal gym or meet in a neutral location if you are a member of a gym. We will work together to come up with a schedule that works best! Do you have kids at home? No problem at all! They are free to join you!
